Check out EL MOSAICO, Volume Three: HELLFIRE by Michael Panush! @Michael_Panush

Volume 3: Hellfire
Michael Panush

Hellfire, Texas is a strange town that needs a strange sheriff. Standing in the shadow of Silver Mesa, an otherworldly chunk of gleaming rock with strange properties, Hellfire is a magnet for trouble and danger.

Clayton Cane–a patchwork man assembled from the bodies of dead soldiers and brought to life with dark magic–may be the perfect gunslinger to wear the town sheriff's badge. After years of working as the violent bounty hunter known as El Mosaico, Cane would like nothing more than to settle down and begin a new life as Hellfire’s stalwart peacekeeper.

But, as Cane soon discovers, being a sheriff has its own challenges. He’s got to deal with caterwauling temperance marchers, an inquisitive newspaperman and Nelly Needles, his fiery, sharp-tongued new deputy. And something worse is coming to Hellfire–a foe more terrible than any outlaw or monster that Cane has battled in the past: industry, commerce and modernization.

Powerful business tycoon Gaspar Noble wants Silver Mesa–and the town of Hellfire–for himself. Cane decides to stand against him, in a battle that may be more than Hellfire–and Clayton Cane–can possibly bear.

Did you miss Tamara Mataya's latest release!? Well, don't worry, JUST BREATHE. <----see what I did there?

Check it out and buy a copy! Then grab one for your mom. And your sister. And your friends. And your Aunt.

Heck, even your cousin Larry who only secretly loves chick flicks and romance novels.

Um, hi, look at that cover. *swoon*

And, not that you need it with a cover like that, here's the awesome blurb:

Twenty-one-year-old Elle Granger’s boyfriend broke up with her like a coward. He moved to another city without so much as a kiss goodbye. Devastated and embarrassed, Elle told her friends the break-up was mutual and hid her heartache working long hours at the library. By night, she self medicated with pot. Weeks later, with her heart and lungs screaming for a break, Elle quits smoking and turns to her friends. But before she can let them in on Jason’s betrayal, her best friend moves to Spain, and her roommates start acting strangely.

Enter sexy library patron Dominic, who sweeps Elle off her feet and into his Maserati. He makes her feel oh so good, and puts effort into coming up with dates that don’t set off her Synaesthesia. Just when Elle starts feeling whole again, Jason returns, determined to reunite. Elle rejects his effusive apologies and reasons for leaving – until she catches Dominic in a devastating lie.

Will his betrayal push her back into her suddenly attentive ex’s arms? Can she trust Jason not to break her heart again? The wrong choice and Elle’s happy ending could go up in smoke. But when your only choices are the devils you know, all you can do is JUST BREATHE.

Tamara Mataya is currently a librarian; she lurked there for so long recommending books to patrons and shushing people, that she suspects they only hired her so it would be less creepy. Now she’s armed with a name tag, and a thin veneer of credibility. She’s also a musician with synaesthesia – which isn’t an issue until someone plays a wrong note, which makes her want to squirm inside out. It makes for a good live show.

Happy *belated* Release Day to Mary Bernsen! HEALING THE BAYOU is out now!

What is a Queen without her King?

After learning she is adopted, Eliza Morgan begins her search for her biological family and is propelled into an underground world of witchcraft, séances, and sacrifices where she is worshiped as the descendant of the last great voodoo queen of the bayou, Marie Laveau. From her great, great grandmother, she has inherited the ability to heal the souls of others by a simple touch of her hands.

Eliza is expected cultivate this gift in order to use it to return the Voodoo community and religion to glory. A task not so terrible if it could be lived beside the devastatingly endearing Samuel Mueller. But Samuel is her Keeper. His charge is keeping her safe...and according to tradition, he is not permitted to mingle romantically with his ward.

The two struggle to smother the fire that burns between them while Samuel meets his demands as Eliza's guardian, keeping her safe from those who would sooner have her killed than let an outsider rule the Bayou.

And Eliza's enemies are much closer than she could have ever imagined.

About the Author:
Mary Bernsen is a southwest Florida native currently living in Punta Gorda with her two beautiful children and a third, much larger child that she affectionately calls husband. She is a stay-at-home mother and spends her days creating characters on the good side of twenty-five because she is in serious denial about the fact that she is now on the bad side of it. She has a passion for fantasy of any kind along with historical fiction. If she isn't having conversations with her made-up friends, you can usually find her clipping coupons or out on the boat enjoying the muddy waters of Peace River (as long as it isn't below 80 degrees).
